Retrofits & control panel upgrades
We replace ageing control panels with new GMP-grade panels: modern PLCs, drives, safety circuits and properly documented wiring. The existing process and recipes are kept, and the cut-over is planned around your production schedule.
Windows, PLC & SCADA upgrades
We move obsolete Windows XP/7 SCADA PCs, legacy PLCs and unsupported HMI software to current, supported platforms such as Siemens S7-1500 and AVEVA InTouch HMI. Recipes, batch history, audit trails, electronic signatures and 21 CFR Part 11 controls carry over to the new system.
Refrigeration upgrades
We convert thermostatic expansion valves (TXV) to electronic expansion valves (EEV/ETV) for tighter shelf and condenser temperature control and better energy use. We also upgrade and replace refrigeration compressors, with matched controls and system checks.
Mechanical upgrades
Mechanical work covers shelf and hydraulic systems, vacuum pumps and valves, door and seal mechanisms, piping and instrumentation. We plan it together with the control changes, so the machine is re-qualified once.
Cycle data & batch reports
We log cycle data from AVEVA InTouch to SQL Server and build SSRS batch reports showing shelf, condenser and chamber values, alarms and operator actions, ready for QA review and batch release.
AMC & breakdown support
Annual maintenance contracts include preventive maintenance, calibration checks, program and SCADA backups, spares planning and fast breakdown response from engineers who know freeze dryers.
